Mike interviewed me for my first job at Division of Reclamation in Jasonville, IN, and I worked there for three years. I talked to Mike occasionally over the years after transferring to IDEM 14 years ago. I am sorry for his family’s untimely, tragic loss.

No one could ever say that Michael was a simple person. He was a man with a great heart, a generousity of spirit that had no boundaries. He was a man full of passions. We will miss that passionate man who had no half-hearted opinions in this life. May he find some measure of peace in the next. Blessed Be the memories until we meet again.
